Monument are a heavy metal band from the UK formed in 2011, releasing their debut E.P. 'Rock The Night' in 2012.
With the bands debut album 'Renegades' due for release later this year, Monument release a second single 'Crusaders', following last years 'Runaway'.
Monument are leading the way in the resurgence of British heavy metal and the iconic NWOBHM sound - 'Crusaders' seeing them standing shoulder to shoulder with the likes of Saxon, Judas Priest and Iron Maiden.
'Crusaders' is an anthemic foot stomping epic full of chunky guitar riffs, thunderous drums and a superb, very strong vocal performance. Monument are British made, British sounding and are making the rest of the world take notice of British heavy metal once again.
Overall, a superb stomp from Monument, whetting the appetite of every heavy metal fan in anticipation of their debut album. May 16th cannot come around quick enough.
