The Order Of Genocide E.P.

Sabotage are a thrash metal band from India formed in 2017, releasing 'The Order Of Genocide' E.P. in 2019.

Growling, howling and bellowing, Sabotage are a fast paced and aggression fuelled avalanche of savage brutality. The five piece from Mumbai blaze through five songs in under sixteen minutes, opening with the title song 'The Order Of Genocide'. A slow burn build up, leads to a crescendo of epic proportions as 'The Order Of Genocide' explodes into life with a savagery that will smack you violently around the head. Slayer meets Kreator may be one of the years biggest understatements, but is about the only description apt for the sound of Sabotage.

There is a gruffness and roughness surrounding all that Sabotage do, 'Failed Is The Law' perfectly concreting that statement. Buzzing savagery from the guitars will lacerate anything and anyone in its path as 'Failed Is The Law' marches on with poise and purpose. 'Bloodthirst' increases the pace of the E.P. hurtling along at high velocity, banging heads hard as it swash buckles its way forward. The guitar sound is highly reminiscent of the iconic NWOBHM buzz style, and with a definite foot on the monitor feel, 'Bloodthirst' stands astride the genres of thrash and traditional heavy metal.

The debut release may be a short affair with just four songs on offer, but what a cracking four songs they are, ending with the fastest and most attitude laden song on the E.P. 'Public Enemy'. In your face and full of aggression, 'Public Enemy' is high velocity, high octane thrash metal to seriously go insane to in the mosh pit. Head bangers all around the world are gonna head bang furiously to this one.

Overall, a blistering thrash metal rampage of brutality, savagery and high octane, head bang able, heavy metal.
