Make Your Stand E.P.

Klogr are an alternative metal & rock band from Italy formed in 2011 who released their debut album, 'Till You Decay', in 2012 with the follow up album two years. The band have also released the 'Till You Turn' E.P. in 2013 and have just released the 'Make Your Stand' E.P. in 2015.

Buzzraw sounding riffing opens the E.P. in the shape of 'Breaking Down' which meanders between thrash fuelled aggression and melodic metal. Venomous vocals over raw rhythms and heavy guitars will delight fans, old and new. 'Make Your Stand' is a rough and angry song as it stomps all over you as it weaves its path of destruction. Chugging guitars, thunderous drums, death metal style backing vocals and an anthemic chorus, 'Make Your Stand' is the standout song of the three on offer here. The third song, 'Breathing Heart' is less in your face, and much more sharp edged hard rock bordering on melodic power metal. A screaming guitar solo compliments the heavy guitars and a much cleaner vocal performance than heard previously.

Also included with the E.P. are ten songs that were recorded at the Live Music Club in Trezzo, Italy during the bands 2014 tour. The accompanying DVD also includes a behind the scenes documentary.

Overall, heavy guitars, thunderous drumming and aggressive vocals, Klogr continue to impress with their unique blend of in your face, aggressive metal.
