Vengeful Ghoul are a thrash metal band from Turkey formed in 2005, releasing the four song demo 'Premier Fury' in 2006. The bands debut album 'Timeless Warfare' was released in 2014, with a new single 'Back To War' released in 2021...    
             
...taken from the bands upcoming sophomore album 'Infestation'.    
             
'Back To War' clocks in at over seven minutes in length, and is a majestic march through the genres of thrash and power metal. Now as we all know, heavy metal is the greatest genre of music ever created, but two of its sub genres - thrash and power metal - are just as great. And these Turkish metallers play them both!    
             
With a crushing riff that fits both thrash and power metal, 'Back To War' is a ground shaking, wall crumbling, bone breaking, neck jarring barrage of very heavy, heavy metal. As an appetiser for the bands new album (release date to be confirmed) it's a succulent morsel - and I'm really looking forward to feasting on the main dish.    
             
Overall, a very heavy thrash come power metal romp, 'Back To War' is an exciting teaser for the new album.
