Angel's Temptation E.P.

Seventh Seeker are a female fronted symphonic metal band from the UK who released their debut E.P. 'Angel's Temptation' in 2013.

Leading Britain's next generation of female fronted symphonic metal bands, Seventh Seeker meld operatic elements with crunching guitars and rapid drums into one immensely infectious and melodic sound. The band - Daisy Robinson (vocals), Selina Robinson (drums), Steve Walker (guitar), Jon Shaw (guitar), and Alex Paton (bass) - have been mesmerising audiences all over the UK with energetic live performances, and are going to do the same with their debut release...the four song E.P. 'Angel's Temptation'.

A chunky guitar riff and thunderous drums announce the opening song 'Isis', which is lively, mid tempo hard rock with a superb, soaring vocal performance. 'Isis' is going to please fans of both the symphonic and heavy metal genres - 'Devil's Advocate' featuring crunching guitars and a pounding rhythm with a much wider ranging vocal performance than 'Isis'. Add the sparkling guitar solo and Seventh Seeker have made a mighty impression over the E.P.'s first two songs.

And for the second two, the band slow the pace dramatically for the first one, 'Sunburnt' coming alive with acoustic guitars and operatic style vocals. Time changes aplenty as 'Sunburnt' swings into ballad territory with a lighters in the air feel, or maybe that should be candles! Either way, 'Sunburnt' wanders from acoustic to ballad and power ballad - the title song 'Angel's Temptation' closing the E.P. with one hell of a bombastic blast. Superb guitars, a catchy rhythm and a flawless vocal performance, 'Angel's Temptation' (the song) is a high quality, very energetic, hard rock romp.

Overall, superb, soaring operatic style vocals complimenting bold, bombastic, guitar driven, foot tapping hard rock.
