Sanity's Rage are a thrash metal band from Belgium formed in 2006. After a few line up changes their  debut album was released in 2012.    
             
Opening instrumental 'The Madness Continues' is a gentle ease into the title song 'You Are What You Swallow', a straightforward thrash metal song with great vocals and superb arrangement. 'Aberration Mandatory' follows, a song that fuses traits of Exodus with Slayer, to produce a great thrash song.    
             
'Product Of Calamity' is a solid song with some great drumming and crunchy guitar riffs while 'Kisses With Fangs' ups the pace and rattles along at breakneck speed. 'Shackles And Shades' continues with the up tempo style and has numerous guitar solos to please.    
             
'The Wheels Keep Grinding' at over six minutes long, is the longest song on the album and also the most intricate, with time changes a plenty, guitar solos, great vocals, this is definitely a superb song. 'Trinity Of Sorrow' and 'Taste Of Decay' are both up tempo songs that rattle along beautifully.    
             
'Once You Cross' is mid tempo and memorable for the acoustic breakdown in the middle and the spoken word passage. Final song 'Thumbs Up For The End Of The World' is full of crunching guitar riffs and superb vocals.    
             
Overall, an album of solid thrash metal, with great guitar work and vocals. A great addition to the thrash metal genre.
