Mondo Fiction -

The Director's Cut

Opensight are a four piece progressive metal band from the UK formed in 2002, releasing two E.P.'s - 'The Voice Of Nothing' (2010) and 'Ulterior Motives' (2015), and two full length albums - 'Prosthetic Soul' (2008) and 'Mondo Fiction' 2022...

...and just when you thought it was safe to place the 'Mondo Fiction' CD back in its case and retire for a nightcap after witnessing one of the most fantastical albums ever - along comes a new and improved edition: 'Mondo Fiction - The Director's Cut'.

Yes my beloved readers, 'Mondo Fiction' returns a year after its release, as an expanded double feature! Not only does 'The Director's Cut' contain the eleven songs of the original, there's also now eleven instrumental versions too! Versions that are cinematically atmospheric, standing tall and proud on their own, to make the 'Mondo Fiction' film score, a much more thrilling listening experience than ever before!

Some things in this world are just perfection - the sound of heavy metal, the taste of a good beer, Doro Pesch (insert heart emoji here), and Opensight's 'Mondo Fiction'. The band have just disproved the theory that "you can't improve on perfection". Yes you fucking can! 'Mondo Fiction - The Director's Cut' is the living proof - so what are you all waiting for? Go get a copy and re-live 2022's jaw dropping 'Mondo Fiction' in all its expanded and improved glory.

Overall, the fantastical, fictional film score 'Mondo Fiction', is a bigger, better, and more incredible feature courtesy of 'The Director's Cut' edition.
