Valley Inferno

(single)

Idle Ruin are a blackened death/thrash metal band from Australia formed in 2020, releasing their debut E.P. 'Idle Ruin' later the same year. A new single 'Valley Inferno' was released in 2022...

...after the bands planned (2022) mini-tour of the East Coast of Australia was altered due to the current situation with a recent wave of COVID (the worldwide pandemic that has literally turned our lives upside down for the last two years). So the band "decided to push forward the release of one of our upcoming recordings as a single".

Yes readers - you read that right, "upcoming recordings". For Idle Ruin have got a split E.P. coming at some point this year, with a release date yet to be confirmed. But for now, we're just gonna have to be content with the new single 'Valley Inferno'...

...an aggressive and savagely paced avalanche of thundering thrash. The ferocity from their debut E.P. remains as intimidating as ever, as does the high levels of menace and fright.

Overall, a blistering, jaw dropping mouth watering appetiser for the bands upcoming (split) E.P. - keep a look out for it.
