Betrayer F.T.M. are a thrash metal band from Colombia.
'City Hell' opens the album with a Black Sabbath style intro before it gathers pace and races to a conclusion, A slow haunting intro welcomes 'Evil Hounds' before it changes style into a very catchy hard rock song. The same can be said for ' Filthy Sam' with 'Green Fire' upping the tempo with some great guitar work.
The power metal tinged 'Raising Power' is followed by the quick 'Shot Me Down' and the even quicker 'Snake Eyes', although both retain a very catchy rhythm.
'Thunder In The Night Sky' is a solid hard rock song before 'Tridente Satanas' crackles into life as the fastest song on the album sung in their native language. Closing the album is a cracking cover of (NWOBHM legends) Tank's 'Turn Your Head Around'.
Overall, a mix of thrash metal, power metal and hard rock resulting in an album of quick, yet catchy songs.
